Where can I find a financial adviser whose main business is not selling insurance?

I am 64 and have my own small business. How can I find someone who is paid per hour quickly and has a deep understanding of planning and extensive property? When to start taking Social Security, etc., etc.. I heard that most of "advisors" Financial; make money by selling insurance policies.
